HDA/SMC memory modules are made-to-order in a broad range of capacities and package configurations. Most models are tested at 175° C, but our customers frequently use them in higher-temperature applications. All HDA/SMC devices share these common features:

• Program in place (No programming device is needed to erase or program the Flash memory modules).
• Complies with JEDEC single power Flash standard.
